SP5-RMS
Remote Mount Scanner for
SPRINT/NEXTEL iDEN Falcon phones

- Installed remote from phone, up to 25' away. (see example mounting sketch, below)
- Press the button to scan, or configure it for no-hands continuous
scanning.
- Uses the SP5 high-performance
laser scanning engine.
- Self-contained and complete system, powered by our standard
fixed-mount phone charger module (or choose the optional
Lightning Charger). Charge module has a
cable to the phone and another cable to the scanner module.
Simply connect the charger's red power wire to a 12v power source, the
black power wire to ground, and start scanning.
- Included 5' scan module connector cable can be easily extended using standard 3.5mm
patch or extension
cables.
- Simply mount the scan module so that a bar code can be presented
to the scan beam.
- Each
module has built-in tabs for mounting to wall, dash, or bulkhead.
The ScannerPal SP5-RMS scanning system is a simple and cost
effective solution with many uses. For example: Mounted in
vehicles for package tracking or passenger ticketing; kiosk mounted
for time-clock, customer
service/price-check, and event
gate tracking.
