SP5 Scanner - Set Factory Defaults

1. Print this page
2. Scan in the following bar code:
   
3. Your software may report "scan failed."  Disregard the message.
4. Turn the phone completely off.
5. Turn the phone on.
6. Start your software program and try to scan an ordinary bar code.
7. Contact ScannerPal if your scanner still does not work.
